
One can make many recipes with and from chocolate. For the chocolate lover there are almost no limitations.
We would however like to limit our recipes to this range of chocolate products which we produced with love.
Our philosophy is that we avoid the use of artificial, modern, and compositions invented only for media presence which do not have complimenting tastes. For example, chocolate with cheese would not be of our taste.
Nevertheless, we are forever on the hunt for new compositions, which fit to our chocolate.

OUR CHOCOLATE BARS

Other than our 5 essential types, we offer all of our chocolate bars in both Classic Milk and Semi-Sweet.
For molds, the suitability of the following compositions is conditional, as the nature of the blended ingredients result in the development of air voids.
NUT – CHOCOLATE
Wonderfully fresh, roughly chopped nuts in tender-melting chocolate, arguably the classic.
ALMOND – CHOCOLATE
Halved peeled almonds from California in milk or semi-sweet chocolate of the highest quality
ORANGETTE – CHOCOLATE
Candied, guaranteed pollutant-free orange peel, cut into cubes and matched with delicious semi-sweet chocolate
GINGER – CHOCOLATE
For the ginger lover this is a delicacy. For those who haven’t acquired a taste for ginger, it is advisable to leave this variety to those with an appreciative palette.
GIANDUJA CHOCOLATE
This compilation is a wonderful full-milk mixed with light cream nougat. This "nutty" softer chocolate is one of our fast sellers.
PUMPKIN SEED CHOCOLATE
The newest composition. We did not anticipate that the nutty taste of pumpkin seeds would go so well with chocolate.
FRUIT AND NUT CHOCOLATE
Another classic, of which you are given access into the world of indulgence with the help of the best dried grapes and fresh nuts.

THE MUSIL FRESH CREAM TRUFFLE

Compared to mass produced truffles, Musil prides it’s own range on being in a totally different, much higher class. The only problem we have is due to the fresh ingredients in our truffle delicacies that limits the shelf life to only 6 weeks. We make many different corporate boxed chocolates, which are filled with the diverse range of our truffle fillings.
THE MUSIL RUM TRUFFLE
Smooth Jamaica rum is matched beautifully with soft creamy truffle

Strong filtered Java coffee is the basis of this classic filling
CHAMPAGNE TRUFFLE
The Champagne truffle, not very alcoholic is a classic and our expected quality is more than fulfilled

PFAU – WILLIAMS
Pfau is probably the most well-known "schnapps" in Austria, and renowned world wide. Williams from Pfau with Musil chocolate, the ideal combination.
PFAU – RASPBERRY
When you open a bottle of Pfau, you get a hit of the wonderful aroma of fresh raspberries. We bind this bouquet into our chocolate

PFAU - MORELLO CHERRY
The Morello Cherry Schnapps from Pfau turns out particularly well with our dark chocolate.

MUSIL WHISKY TRUFFLE
Soft smoky Scottish Highland whisky and the sweet, and/or bitter sweet chocolate are a please for the whisky connoisseur.
BEER AND BOCK BEER TRUFFLE
We are still working on the correct composition, however shortly this type will be offered using Pfau Schnapps as a base.
PUMPKIN LIQUOR TRUFFLE
These are also in the development phase, however we expect this wicked combination to make a grand opening into the market this year
